Righteousness VR Earthly Issues

In the light of Life = Righteousness (see article on "The Simple Equation of Salvation" in Covid Quarantine Chronicles), and all those born again are righteous in God's sight in Christ, righteousness can no longer be an issue in the body of Christ. Righteousness is totally taken off the table as far as disagreement in the body of Christ goes. Any disagreement between those in Christ cannot have righteousness as a basis of the disagreement. There definitely can be disagreement on many important earthly issues but one's righteousness is not tied to anyone of these earthly issues. That being so, this is good news to some believers in Christ and bad news to some believers in Christ. It's bad news for those who have made earthly issues an issue of righteousness. These earthly issues can be in many forms: survival issues, morality issues, political issues, etc. These issues can be very important no doubt. If a believer is unaware that their righteousness, their relationship with God, is absolutely not based on any of these issues, these issues will cause a real separation in the body of Christ that is in the earth because there will be automatically a self-righteousness and judgment which will usher in condemnation and accusation. You are unable to accept that believer's position on these earthly issues as their right to those positions.
The wind in the sails of the world is self-righteousness (Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil). God takes the wind out of the sails of mankind (and any who are in Christ who are caught up in the clutches of self-righteousness) by making Christ who is life, righteousness to the soul of a believer. When God declares all believers righteous because Christ lives in them, those who have attached righteousness to any of these earthly issues become offended. Because they have been disarmed of that powerful tool of self-righteousness and the condemnation that goes with it. They can no longer attack you on that powerful basis of condemning you for your position on these earthly issues.

Lord help us to focus on declaring the Life who is Christ to those on this earth who dwell in total darkness and to declare Christ to those who are in Him as there very Life and Relationship with God.
